The 2025-2026 Paramedic Cohort of the Hartford Hospital Paramedic Program at the Center for Education, Simulation, and Innovation (CESI) consists of four semesters which includes didactic (classroom), lab/skills, clinical rotations, anatomy & physiology, and field internship totaling over 2000 hours of total time. The first semester is scheduled for August 31st, 2026, through December 11th, 2026. There will be only 25 seats for this program.

Please ensure you do not enroll until your application has been approved. Approvals will be sent out on the 30th of each month starting in June until the course is full or the program begins.
Each of the four semesters has a tuition fee of $2500, with a $500 nonrefundable deposit required at a minimum to enroll. Tuition includes all instruction, lab, clinical rotations, and field internship. Two uniform polo shirts will be provided as part of the initial tuition. Additional uniform shirts, job shirts, etc. may be purchased separately.
A list of required textbooks will be provided upon enrollment and acceptance into the program. The cost of textbooks is not included in tuition. In addition, students are required to have a laptop (preferred) or tablet (iPad, etc) for online quizzes, exams, and documentation in the online learning management system. The cost of the laptop/tablet is not included in the course tuition.
Each semester is approximately 14-15 weeks with around a two-week break in between semesters. Classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1800-2200 at CESI in Hartford. A minimum number of clinical shifts is required each semester and are scheduled outside of regular class hours.
